Since EVA after isolated melting stick rubber sheet in the room and heating plate laminating machine, once the EVA glue on the rubber and the heating plate is difficult to get rid of, so don't need to have some sort of sticky items will be isolated from its, also can see the importance of the laminated fabric used in laminating machine. 

Generally a laminating machine will be equipped with at least four solar laminated panels. After each use, it needs to be placed on one side. After cooling, the EVA will be cleaned thoroughly and the original color will be used for repeated use. Because if the EVA is not thoroughly cleared, to use again, EVA will adhere to the battery components on the glass, then clean no matter use what method, EVA particles on the glass will not be completely clean, if it is used in the outdoor panels, EVA in hot melt adhesive on the glass, can absorb the dust on the glass, and the dust is impossible to be cleared, once the dust will block the battery piece, in the long run, will form the hot spot effect, affect the use. 

Before using the laminated fabric, the need for cutting and installation, whether for cutting or installation should keep laminated fabric surface level off, can't appear fold, otherwise it will cause laminated surface have crease, affect the service life; In the process of use, if EVA or other residues are attached to it, you can wipe it with a semi-wet cotton cloth. It is worth noting that due to different production batches, the color of laminated cloth may be different, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect product performance and usage.
